We process account information such as your email address and authentication details through our authentication provider. We may also process the home preferences, search or build descriptions, saved homes, feedback, and other information you choose to enter.

Premium checkout is hosted by Stripe. Dream Home does not receive or store your full payment-card number; Stripe processes payment and billing information under its own terms.

Saved homes, Dream profiles, and the preferences used by account features are associated with your authenticated account in our database so they can persist across supported devices. Temporary interface state may remain only in memory or in your browser and is not treated as an account record.

When you use the Service, standard technical information may be processed, such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, request time, pages requested, and diagnostic or security events. Hosting and service providers may process this information to deliver and protect the Service.

We use first-party product analytics and Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the Service is used and improve the product. Analytics may include page and property views, navigation and button interactions, session duration, engagement time, scroll depth, referral and campaign information, browser, operating system, device category, approximate country or region, and product milestones such as Dream-building, saving, shortlisting, comparison, and billing-flow activity. When you are signed in, analytics activity may be associated with your account so we can understand feature usage across the Service. We do not intentionally send passwords, authentication tokens, full free-text Dream descriptions, payment-card details, or precise device location to analytics.

We process locations you enter as part of a home search or preference. If you choose “near me,” your browser asks permission to provide device location, which is used as a search center and is not sent to analytics. You can deny or revoke that permission in your browser.

We use cookies and related browser storage that are necessary to sign you in, maintain your session, protect authentication flows, remember device-local product state, and operate the Service. Blocking required cookies may prevent account features from working.

We use information to provide and personalize discovery results, maintain accounts and saved state, operate and secure the Service, troubleshoot problems, communicate about account or service matters, and comply with legal obligations.

We may share information with providers that perform services on our behalf, such as authentication, hosting, infrastructure, media, listing data, diagnostics, and security. They receive information only as needed for those functions and are subject to their agreements with us.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. The current product does not include a mechanism for selling personal information or processing it for targeted advertising.

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the Service, maintain legitimate business and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention can vary by data type and storage location.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Protect your password and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

You can choose what preferences and search details to provide, manage browser permissions and cookies, and clear device-local data through your browser. You may request help accessing, correcting, or deleting account information through the contact channel below, subject to verification and applicable law.

Dream Home is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

We may revise this Policy as Dream Home develops. We will show the updated date and provide additional notice when required. You can delete an eligible account from Account settings. For privacy or support questions, visit our Support page.
