Terms of Use

Last updated August 20, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Dream Home, a real-estate discovery and matching product. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Dream Home. Additional terms may apply to particular features and will be presented when relevant.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you use Dream Home for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials, and promptly telling us about suspected unauthorized use. You may not share credentials in a way that compromises account security.

4. Use of the Service

Dream Home helps users explore homes, describe preferences, save possibilities, and receive discovery or matching suggestions. Results are informational and are not a promise that a property will suit your needs or remain available.

5. Property Information

Property descriptions, photos, prices, availability, neighborhood information, and similar data may come from third parties and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Verify all material facts independently with the listing source and qualified professionals before acting.

6. No Brokerage or Professional Relationship

Dream Home is not acting as your real-estate broker, agent, lender, appraiser, attorney, tax adviser, inspector, or financial adviser. Using the Service does not create a fiduciary, brokerage, agency, or professional-client relationship.

7. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for your decisions, due diligence, communications, and transactions. Consult appropriately licensed professionals before making legal, financial, mortgage, inspection, insurance, or real-estate decisions.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may link to or rely on third-party listings, maps, authentication, media, or other services. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services, and Dream Home does not control their content or availability.

9. Intellectual Property

Dream Home and its original software, branding, design, and content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party content remains the property of its respective owner. These Terms grant only a limited right to use the Service for its intended purpose.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You may not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, access accounts or data without authorization, introduce malicious code, scrape or automate access contrary to displayed restrictions, misrepresent your identity, violate law, or infringe another person's rights.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, Dream Home is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free matching, listing accuracy, property availability, pricing, or any particular outcome. Rights that cannot legally be disclaimed remain unaffected.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Dream Home will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service. Any limitation applies only as far as applicable law permits and does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, address security risks, or respond to material violations of these Terms.

14. Changes

We may update the Service or these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or another reasonable channel, and the updated date will be shown above. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
